CinemaKC is a weekly TV show featuring local filmmakers and production companies from the greater Kansas City metro area. We wrapped production on 13 episodes of Season 2 earlier in the year and they're currently playing now at 11PM every Sunday night on KSMO-TV in the KC metro area.

But guess what? We do it ALL for FREE. 

That’s right. We love filmmaking and so we all volunteer our time, effort, sweat, blood and tears to make it a reality. A show like this, with 13 episodes per season, should cost well over $100K to make. Guess what we did it for? About $2,500.

That's right. Just $2,500!

That’s more or less the exact amount we spent on food, fuel, hard drives and all of those things that DO cost money. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get any of that donated. So that’s why we need your help.

See, while we don’t mind working for FREE, nobody likes to LOSE money on projects like these. That's why if we raise $2,500 we can make sure that nobody loses money AND we'll be ready to make Season 3 very soon.

So check out our video above and make sure to tell friends on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and anywhere else you like to hang out. Tell people on the street. At work. At the doctor's office. At a bar. Be THAT guy/girl. Because this needs to happen and it can only happen if you get the word out.

Also, one thing to note is that our incentives offer a lot of Screenland and Boulevard Drive-In passes. Why? Well, we program the content for these venues and hold our fundraisers there. So without the support from these local venues, the CinemaKC project wouldn't be possible. A big thanks to them for kicking in such awesome incentives to help us out yet again.
