I would like to apologize on the behalf of the PANDA team for any apparent delays in shipping that occurred with our Kickstarter backers. This was a learning experience as we worked with our fulfillment partner. We have now optimized our our shipping and order fulfillment.
All orders from now on that are placed at our site wearpanda.com are guaranteed to be speedy and worry free. All sunglasses are now shipped out within 1 business day using USPS First Class with package tracking. We are working on implemented an upgraded shipping option for our international customers that will include international package tracking.

Neil & Sinjo - This is because you are international orders. We are using USPS First Class and being that HK is half way around the world it does take additional time then those orders in the US (additiona 2-9 days). USPS First Class does not order step-by-step tracking on international orders. Your sunglasses should be arriving this week.

Hey Guys, I'm still waiting for my glasses (International Shipment - Hong Kong), when i check the tracking number i get it only says this:
"Your shipment was accepted/picked up at 4:30 pm on January 31, 2012 in LAKEWOOD, NJ 08701 ."
Its now the 6th, 7 days... I thought i would see some movement on it? did you do express shipping?

Sinjo, I'm not upset. But usually the project creator sends an email thanking their backers and explain what the process is going to be right after the project is funded (or at least within a day).
The manufacturing / planning process could take a year for all I care.... I just want to know what that process is. Or at least a little more transparency...
