Introducing the Liberty Series and Amaranth Series Wallets! For the past year, we have been creating and selling the traditional Tyvek wallet but have come to realize that their large inside pocket design simply isn't main stream enough to be a real contender in the wallet market. After many sleepless nights, and lots of prototypes, we have successfully created and tested the first ever organized men's bi-fold and women's clutch style wallets, all made completely out of Tyvek. The beauty of Tyvek is that it is ultra thin, ultra durable, waterproof and recyclable.

Women's Clutch Wallet (Amaranth Series)
Our breakthrough clutch style women's wallet made completely out of Tyvek (except for the snap and adhesives, of course!). This wallet is only 8 inches long and 6 inches wide but has organized card slots for up to 11 cards and a large, secure cash pocket. Among all of it's other outstanding qualities, we are happy to report that when empty this wallet only weighs 2 ounces! That's right ladies. That's a huge weight lifted of your shoulders. No pun intended...

The first ever organized men's style Tyvek wallet features 6 organized card pockets, 2 inside hidden pockets for excess cards, and a cash pocket in a bifold style wallet. When folded in half the Liberty Series is still thinner than most "minimalist" wallets on the market.

The Birth of Inevitable Wallets
Inevitable Wallets was born from the idea that there should be more options than just the traditional, thick, bulky, and sometimes painful leather wallet without compromising organization and easy card access.
If you are like us, you have tried every product to reduce the size of the your wallet. We have tried fancy "minimalist" wallets that were nothing more than stretchy bands or stretchy bands with a money clip or some variation there of. What they gained in thinness, they lost in functionality and organization. We couldn't count the number of times we would look like a black jack dealer shuffling cards trying to find a punch card and the proper credit card.

Our designs are vibrant and can be fully submerged in water without the colors running. They are ultra thin but expand up to 4 times their regular size so there is plenty of room for everything that anyone typically carries. Take a look at our first prototype ever created. This unit was carried and used daily for 1 year to make sure the materials and designs were solid before our first wallet was ever sold. Take notice at how other than the expected wear, the colors and designs are still strong and vivid.

Recently at a Las Vegas' First Friday art festival, we came across a local truck driver who decided to show us his old Dagger Inevitable Wallet. To be honest, we were amazed at how much he actually carries in his wallet. But the thing to note here is our Bones Series wallets are as thick as 4 credit cards when folded in half, yet they are able to easily carry everything a leather wallet can.

The Bones series: The traditional Tyvek style wallet with 2 card holders. The wallet has the thinness of 4 credit cards when empty but can expand up to 4 times it's original size. This series is perfect for the minimalist.
How and where are Inevitable Wallets made?
As revealed in the video above, Johnny does all of our artwork which means that each wallet design is an original piece. Once he is happy with the design (which takes awhile, he's a bit of a perfectionist) it is created on the wallet by super secret ninja powers. Just kidding, we use sophisticated printing and die presses to bring each wallet to you from our manufacturing studio. That's right, we personally design, manufacture, create, package and label our wallets which means that they are made 100% in the USA with lots of love and pride. It also proves that what happens in Vegas doesn't stay in Vegas, because we ship internationally.

As parents, the future of the earth is important to us. Like all of the eco-conscience decisions you will make, it starts by recognizing a small problem area and taking a small step to address it. The reality is you may not be in the position to stop buying leather shoes, jackets or furniture, however you can start with your families wallets. Inevitable Wallets are partially made from post consumer recycled materials and recyclable plastics. Our inks contain very low amounts of VOCs, reducing environmental impact. 
 
We even sweeten the deal. When the time comes to get a new wallet, simply take advantage of our "It Pays to Recycle" program and send your wallet back to us. We will properly recycle it for you and give you 10% off of your next Inevitable product.
 
 
How can you help and how will we use our Kickstarter funds?
It's easy but we can't do it without your help. Simply choose any of the multiple size pledge choices to the right. This is how we expect our timeline to go:

Risks and challenges Learn about accountability on Kickstarter

Challenges were abundant in the creation of Inevitable Wallets. We had seen that people had attempted the pocket design with simple cuts in the material with little success do to tearing. We needed to find a way to keep the leather-like strength in the material. Our design is ground breaking in thought but we wanted to make sure that our protoype was everything we expected it to be. As seen in the video, our first prototype was used and abused for 4 months. It was filled to capacity and put in a work environment where it was taken in and out of our tester's pocket multiple times a day for security card access at his work place, not to mention all of the wear and tear a typical wallet gets. As you can see, there are no rips, tears or compromises in the materials strength and our tester was as pleased with the results as we were. So pleased in fact that he requested as payment nothing more than another Liberty Series wallet and is currently carrying a Liberty in the IW2K design.

The only remaining challenge is the hope that we are so overwhelmed with support that we have to hire staff to help us create all these wonderful wallets.

  • hi there, great project! cant wait to get mine! Just wondering about the schedule you guys outlined. The project ends on 24th Nov, after which you will wait for funds to clear (which i think will take 3 weeks? correct me if I'm wrong) before ordering mate

    First of all, thank you for your support! You have a great question so thank you for bringing it up as I'm sure if you were wondering, you probably aren't the first to question it. You are correct that there is a waiting period for the funds to clear. Having sold our Bentley and Bones series products for a year now, we have had time to establish great relationships with our Tyvek and production vendors who are also hoping we reach funding. Once it gets pretty evident that we will be successfully funded they have agreed to process our order requests and give us a net 60 days for billing which gives time for the funds to clear while we get a jump start on production. They already have our orders and layouts and are just waiting for the call to say go ahead and process it. We know that seasonal shoppers are looking for unique gifts and stocking stuffers and we promise to push our limits to get them out to you guys on the timeline that was outlined which is why we have already recruited a few people that will be ready to go to production with us to get them out according to the projected timeline.

  • How can I order more than one product? Am I limited only to the reward packages listed?

    Since the launch of our project we have had lots of direct messages asking us to create a pledge with more than one product in it. Although we have tried to really vary our pledge levels to make everyone happy, there are tons of ways you can put together a reward. Remember folks, the beauty of Kickstarter is that you can adjust your pledge amount to whatever YOU want it to be and we are happy to accept any pledge you can create. Simply follow the pricing listed, add up the total, adjust your pledge to that amount and send me a direct message telling me what your pledge includes. Kickstarter offers me the ability to put a note next to a backers name so your "order" will be promptly documented. I.e. if you want 1 Amaranth women's wallet ($30), 1 Bentley card holder ($5), and 1 Bones series traditional Tyvek wallet ($15) simply pledge a total of  $50.
