We've launched an exciting new project of our own! Introducing the Kickstarter app for iPhone!

Funded! This project successfully raised its funding goal on April 22, 2012.

We made it!

Update #2 · Apr 20, 2012 · comment

Dear Friends,

Thanks to the generosity of everyone who has donated so far, we have met our goal for The Island of Widows project on Kickstarter!

With 60+ hours to go, we  are 115% funded....an overwhelming response to help tell the story of an epidemic that we believe people need to know about. Donations beyond our baseline goal will help to offset the expense of reporting and producing the writing, photos and videos that tell the story behind this epidemic.

The next time you hear from us, it will be from the field! Thank you so much for making that possible. We look forward to sharing the experience with you.

Best, Anna and Sasha
