Red Powder coat Samples
Here they are! The red powder coat samples came in and I assembled them this afternoon. The hook took the powder as I expected- since the type is so small, some of the letters got filled in. However, this creates a nice 40's/50's look which I really like, and will look amazing as the paint chips away with time. It'll be a modern day antique! I'm still deciding on whether or not to do them, I'd love some input and your thoughts.

These look amazing. And they remind me of my current key holder: a bottle opener from Disney World that is shaped like Mickey Mouse and has a red powder coat. In the beginning, I hated it, but carried it around for the convenience of a bottle opener. Now that the paint is all chipped, it kind of grew into me... But these already look great brand new! Do them, definitely!

Roland, I appreciate your concern! As I posted in my last update, I've got a bunch of experience shipping a whole ton of packages (2,000-2,500 in a month's time, twice in the past year) so fulfillment won't be an issue! Lots of people requested the red, so I wanted to make sure if it was possible it was an option.

Love the bottle openers and happily contributed. Since you've met the goal, I think you need to watch the line where Kickstarter ends and using it as a store begins. Delivery should be the focus.

I like the red/copper better than the copper/copper and pewter/copper, but I have a feeling that I'll just get the pewter and swap out the split rings for steel or titanium ones. But red is a possibility; it depends how I feel when I need to make a decision.
