That's right my humble little Testa Duro Salumi was awarded Best underground atisian butcher, in the Sacramento News N Review, 2011 Best of Sacramento issue (Sept/2011) with a profile in the food and wine section. Thank you for your support. I feel like I'm going on like an NPR fund raiser drive, but to me that's exactly what this is, so please pass on this kickerstarter to your friends and family.
