Hi everyone, I hope you're having a great weekend.
I've seen the Sci-Fi companion that Pinnacle Entertainment will be releasing very soon. They have excellent rules for mecha, and power armor, and even robots, and I've decided that I'm going to cut our rules from the book, not because I think ours were bad, but because I don't want to reinvent the wheel.
In my D20 publishing experience, I've seen what happens when you get 50 different companies writing variations on a set of rules. You get a glut, which does nothing but harm the market, and I'd much rather you use the sci-fi toolkit to enhance your Interface Zero game than have to be faced with a decision as to which rules you should use.
The changes aren't going to set this book back very much at all. I'm only waiting on 2 pieces of art, and our revisions based on feedback are still ongoing. This book is going to be so much better than what you're seen already, so please be patient, cyberpunk goodness is coming.
