I just opened up the site to see that we just made it over the 200% mark, so as promised I will be making a second flavor of bitters!  I have been working on this recipe for sometime, and it draws so heavily on my knowledge of traditional Chinese herbs that I can't help be excited about it!  Everyone will now have the option of choosing their flavors when the rewards get sent out!  You can specify this in the backer survey that will be sent out once the project comes to completion.  

So, if you were on the fence about donating, now is the time to get on board and get a bottle of these bitters, or better yet pledge at least $50 and get both!

Thank you everyone for your support!  I can't wait to get started on this project!  Keep visiting the site over the next few days to see how things finish.  I know I will.

      Jack, these bitters last indefinitely, but the flavor will start to fade after maybe a year being unsealed, so hopefully you get enough cocktails in by then. Thanks!
