Mission:

Apothecary Soda creates hand-crafted artisinal sodas and beverage syrups using quality ingredients. We use organic components whenever possible and always use natural sweeteners.

About:

Apothecary Soda is based in Long Beach, CA. We consider our sodas to be an alternative to mainstream beverages for those seeking unique flavor pairings geared toward a developed palate.

We are currently looking to secure funding for the first phase of our business plan, which involves obtaining equipment for kegging, bottling and storing our product. These include kegs, co2 tanks, jockey boxes, tables, cups, straws and other disposable products. We also need to procure a large number of bottles and bottling equipment. We bottle all product by hand in small batches.

Goals:

Short-term goals of Apothecary Soda is to create a presence at local SoCal farmers markets by providing high-quality "draft" sodas along with bottled flavored beverage syrup. Long term goals are to obtain a brick and mortar shop serving floats, phosphates and egg creams inspired by historic soda fountains. We would like to showcase our handcrafted sodas and syrups and eventually create a larger line of flavors.
