Help me open a Korean restaurant in San Francisco by May 2013!
Imagine grilled grass-fed Beef Bulgogi and Kalbi, sumptuous organic Kimchee, spicy locally-sourced Marinated Pork, and so many more delicious Korean food dishes each prepared with consciously sourced ingredients.... the truly traditional way!
Why?
I've always wanted to open my own restaurant. Working in the food service industry since my teenage years has been truly the highlight of my life. I've been fortunate to work at amazing establishments like Zuni Cafe, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Gramercy Tavern, DC Coast, and Coi.
Eating is an integral part of people's lives and my soul is enriched by each connection I make at a restaurant. Something I've been blessed to witness is how deeply each one of us is connected. Opening a restaurant that brings people together and the ability to create an amazing guest experience for all would be a dream come true.
I want to bring better Korean food to America starting in the great city of San Francisco!
