I've posted my pledge with the hopes that we can get you over the $20K mark!! I've delighted in your PBS documentary, which admittedly I've watched specifically when I needed my own kickstart! You inspire me!!! In the memory of my dear grandmother, who loved all kinds of music, I hope my donation helps you to keep on keepin on!!! God Bless.

I am thrilled you raised the funds you needed to make a CD! Your group is awesome. I've watched your Documentary several times, both laughing and shedding tears. I live on a budget, but when I saw you needed money, I was happy to give. (And I am usually not one to donate money)...
Keep up the great work! You're terrific!

I am passing on a donation of $200 (Australian) on behalf of the Brunswick Women's Choir, in Melbourne Australia. Several years ago we held a fundraiser to raise money for a concert and workshop tour of Central Australia, and the movie we selected for this fundraiser was the Young At Heart documentary. We are so thrilled to be able to be able to make a contribution to your project as you were, unknowingly, able to contribute to ours. The Brunswick Womens Choir is a non-auditioned community choir that sings songs of passion and social change. We have just celebrated our 20th Anniversay, and our members range in age from their 20s to 80 years old. We can't wait to hear your next CD.

My husband and I (both in our 30s) just watched the documentary and were indescribably moved. What an amazing group of people you are! I am so grateful to the filmmakers for an excellent documentary, and to the entire Young at Heart team for being such an inspiration. The whole world ought to know about you. Can't wait to see you in concert. Rock on!

Lost my mom on July 8, 2011. She really enjoyed the documentary. She was 90 years old and had Alzheimers but could always enjoy music. I just donated $50 in her memory. Her name was Barbette Denning. She spent some of her childhood in Worcester as her father, Joseph H. Benoit was from there. Good luck and I look forward to hearing the upcoming release. God bless all of you! - Fredi Stewart

Love you all! Wish you were in the Atlanta area, so my 88-year-old friend could join! She has a gorgeous soprano voice! Best of luck with your funding!

I've watched the DVD all the way through twice and can't stop singing the songs. What you have done is a revelation. The combination of the song choice, great band, and you marvelous singers is top notch. You have introduced this 61-year-old to some wonderful new music (for me). Keep on singing and teaching. Many thanks.

Young@Heart Chorus

Has not connected their Facebook account.

What started out in 1982 at a Western Massachusetts elderly housing project to joyfully pass the time instead of passing before your time has developed into the stereotype-defying, genre-bending, generation-crossing musical extravaganza better known as The Young@Heart Chorus. Ranging in age from 73-89, these raucous rockers do in retirement what most teenagers fantasize about: tour the globe rocking sold out shows. From TIME to The Daily Show and stars of a hit indie documentary, Young@Heart, this group of spirited seniors continues to wow audiences with their knock-your-socks-off musical celebration that proves it’s “possible to grow old without growing boring” (The Dartmouth).
