Today we all rely on our cell phones, laptops and social media to stay connected to the world! My project will force me to give this all up. With your help, I am going to attempt to be isolated from the world for 60 days. I will be renting a warehouse and locking myself in for the duration of the project. I will not have a phone, TV, radio, internet access or any access to the outside world. I will completely cover all windows and take down the clocks to ensure I have no concept of time.  There will be cameras set up throughout the warehouse recording my every move and a live feed broadcasting 24/7. All cameras will be streaming live, so every aspect of the isolation will be there for the world to watch. I will have electricity, food, a bed and whatever my pledgers decide to have me bring in. 

My goal is to test the mind and share my results with the world.  What would a person go through not hearing another voice for 60 days?  Could you go 60 days without knowing how your family and friends were?  Can your mind play tricks on you when you are put through complete isolation? Very few studies have been done on human isolation, and the effects it can have on a person's psyche. Humans thrive, and need to have interactions with people.  I plan on finding the answers to these questions and many more with the help of your pledges. 

A psych test will be done prior to the start of the project, and one will be administered immediately following to isolation. The test results will be included in the final edit of this project. 

The funding will go toward securing a location to conduct the study, as well as the install of cameras and live feeds. The funds will also cover the cost to have 60 days worth of footage edited and turned into a film.
