I'm ecstatic to announce that Awkward Zombie's first book will be printed, and it's all thanks to you beautiful people. We're not stopping there, though! Any further funding will go towards making this an awesome project:

•$8,500:  BOOK ACCOMPLISHED GOOD JOB

•$10,000: All softcover books will have spot gloss on the cover!

•$12,500: A fifth print has been added to the print set!

•$15,000: All hardcover books will have a ribbon bookmark!

•$20,000: More books are being printed!

•$25,000: All books will include a new multi-page comic!

•$30,000: All book orders will include a ridiculous Entei button!

•$40,000: All book orders will include a sticker sheet!

•$55,000: All book orders will include an embroidered patch!

•$70,000: All book orders will include a fancy AZ pin!

•$85,000: If reached, the print set will be blown up to a larger size!

What is this?

Awkward Zombie is a gaming humor comic produced by Katie Tiedrich and updated every Monday. For the last five years, the comic has mostly parodied Nintendo games, with other series thrown in too. 

We'd like to print a compilation book of the first hundred comics, which can be followed by additional books if this one is successfully funded, and we need YOUR HELP to do that.

This project will fund a full-color, ~140-page paperback book including the first two years of Awkward Zombie comics, as well as SUPER SECRET SPECIAL bonus features found nowhere else. A limited edition hardcover copy of the book is also available for large pledges -- there will only be about 500 of these printed. 

Other rewards include a set of new prints and custom original artwork. If this goal can be met, we'll have books printed by this fall. WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR WOW

  • Is this a copyright infringement of some sort?

    No! Awkward Zombie is a parody and not in violation of copyright law. I (obviously) don't claim to be affiliated with anything I've made fun of unless otherwise stated.

  • Can I pay with PayPal?

    Kickstarter collects funds through Amazon Payments, which only accepts money from credit or debit cards, so PayPal won't work.

    After the Kickstarter ends, we'll still be selling books online, and you can buy one with PayPal then if you want.
