I will be going into the studio to record my first solo album; a little bit of rock, a little bit of soul, and a whole lotta love
As time continues so does my love for the arts. My appreciation for the arts goes beyond playing a show here and there, but it stretches to the point where I become overwhelmed with joy when playing music and watching those play as well.
I have lived in Seattle, Washington, for 8 years and I have grown not only as a person but as an artist. This city has allowed me to meet wonderful people and be inspired daily. I was the lead singer in a Seattle based band, The Kindness Kind. Through that band I was able to play show after show and really dive into the community that I am now a part of. A community that understands it is hard to be a full time music maker, but we do it because we love it... and it's the only thing that makes sense.
The last year I was able to key into my heart a little bit more, and know that recording my songs and releasing them to the public is my next big step. I will be stepping into studios through out the state in just a few weeks and will have trusted musicians alongside me to help with the project. This album release will be my kickstarter to go out on the road, tour and share my love and my dreams with more people. I hope you can be a part of my journey and help me make this album a success.
