work goes on
This morning the fundraising campaign passed the 2/3rds mark at $6,003. My thanks goes out to all those that have made this possible. I am gratified but also aware that there is still quite a ways to go. If you know anyone who might be interested please share the link with them.Or if there's anyone waiting for the right moment to get involved, I think this is it.
The photo accompanying this update came from work done yesterday. Cameraman Fred Harbuck is photographing Paul McGee at work. Paul, or at least his hands, are playing Harlan at work on his Payne Hollow cabin. Paul gathered appropriate props such as barn wood, aged lumber and creekstone. I'd like to think that Harlan would've admired the materials.

I'm surprised that a man with your legendary carpentry skills isn't performing these chores!
