Our dancers and musicians dedicate a lot of time and energy because they believe in our work.  We want to compensate them properly and help hundreds of people join together to celebrate their talents. Tickets are priced reasonably ($25/15) because a major goal of Ariel Rivka Dance is to encourage those not accustomed to contemporary ballet/modern dance to see work that is affordable and accessible.

This is our first full collaboration and self-produced show as husband and wife and it is a major opportunity at a large theatre to show Ariel's choreography and David's music to a broader audience.  How many other couples get to yell at each other about dishes and about musical transitions at the same time?  We are fortunate to have two amazing companies joining us--the Joffrey Ballet School Performance Company (Ariel trained at Joffrey since age 8) and WalkingTalking/Catherine Miller (David is also composing a piece for Catherine for this show).

We are excited that Jodi Kaplan/Booking Dance is representing Ariel on her Boutique Roster and this show represents a major chance for Ariel's work to be seen. However, we cannot do this without the help of our friends, colleagues and anyone willing and able to help. Although a close friend donated the space, the total show budget is over $14,000.  Please support us as much as you can!
