Great idea from a great guy! Most people just complain about the state of wrestling, but Jeff is DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT. I'm proud to support this endeavor and look forward to witnessing the first taping in person!!!!

Just wanted to say you have DragonPRO Wrestling Academy behind you all the way with this! We're doing something similar but on a smaller scale so I hope this all works out for you like it is for us!

      UPDATE:

Ok, I feel like a pimp, but I've shot out a couple feelers to, ProWrestling.com, ProWrestlingInc.com, Pro Wrestling Torch, as well as the 411 Wrestling input that I've just mentioned.

Hope this helps! If I get any issues, is it cool if I can get you in touch with the various webmasters, Mr. Katz?

Let me know if that's cool (as I am trying to put the word out so that you might get more financial support).

      Ok, I have submitted a little entry into a 411wrestling post, it reads;

"So, I see that people are sick and tired of the crap TNA and WWE are producing?

I've looked at this and it looks to be a better alternative. A 20th Century Fox former VP, Jeff Katz, is looking at doing something very different and it looks to be very promising. I think that if you are VERY tired of the way wrestling is beginning to suck, look into this:

      http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/790983338/wrestling-revolution

It has a video of Mr. Katz talking about what he plans to do, as well as a written description of what he wants to accomplish.

Like I said, it sounds very interesting, but he is looking for people to help chip-in. I have already given $50 for it, but a $1 donation is the minimum.

Look it over, and if you like the premise, and potential, feel free to chip-in a little."

I'm going to SO spam any posts I make over there from here on out, trying to get the word out.

Hopefully, people will look it over and want to help out like I did. Also, if anyone here is paying attention, go to any wrestling website that allows quick posts, feel free to copy and paste this, I guess, pseudo-advertisement.

I think we could DEFINITELY help get this idea off the ground, it just needs to get "pimped out" more.

      Jeff -

I've been wondering about this project, and following along on Twitter (I can't access from work, so I'm a little limited). I've already become a backer, and am very exited. It's time someone listened to the fans.

I was curious though: would you have specific talent in mind to target? I'd assume it would all come from the Indy scene, but do you have big names in mind, or are you thinking we would create our own stars?

Also, what's your relationship with the various wrestling publications and webistes? They could function as quick, easy publicity for the project. I know that I regularly read a couple, and haven't seen ANYTHING like this discussed.

Anyhow - I want this to succeed. I'll help any way I can.

I don't watch wrestling on Justin.TV or on DVD, and I doubt I'll be in California in the next few years, but I wanted to support you anyway. Good luck, Jeff!
