Risks and challenges Learn about accountability on Kickstarter

Right now, on the truck my team and I can only bake a maximum of 8 potatoes at a time. Also, we work primarily out of coolers, and would like it if we could produce more potatoes. We're stretched to the limit, and this will do a great deal with alleviating a lot of the hard work it takes to run a mobile restaurant.

I am deserving of support because I have worked very hard to maintain this truck, while creating and serving delicious food fare. I am setting goals and meeting them, however, all while doing all the steps necessary to run any business venture.

This idea didn't catch on right away, and all the while I was losing money, wondering if I made the right choice in investing in this truck. It is jarring to realize that my concept has been proved, I am not in a position to accommodate demand.
