Hey guys, so here is the deal:
Back when I first did the kickstarter, I tried to make sure I got everyone's information from them for the shirts to make sure I ordered the exact amount of stock (plus a couple extra) for designs and sizes, with a little bit of leeway. I made sure to triple check that I was ordering everyone's requested sizes and designs.
When I received the shirts form the printers, I counted them all out and they had shorted me on a number of sizes/designs. I figured "I'll just order what I need once I shipped the stock I have". Unfortunately, my printer refused to print what I needed unless I ordered at least 50 shirts in each design, which was something I was not willing to do, so I searched for a print company (both locally and nationally) that would print the odd number for each design I needed, but no luck, I could not find a company that would do that for me. I resorted to getting some shirts I needed printed locally by paying out of pocket for them and getting them shipped off as quick as I could.
Alas, this solution is not the best one. I apologize for the lateness of some shirts as this is just a one person operation. All ordering, packing, and shipping is done by me and me alone at this point. I had help back in June, but now I am by myself.
I sincerely apologize if you did not receive your shirt yet, I know there have been some bad address returns I still need to sort out, and there have also been some problems with international shipping that USPS has still not helped me with.
If you did not receive your shirt yet, I sincerely apologize. I will completely refund you full price as my way of saying I'm sorry. This was an attempt at trying to take on an operation that I thought I could handle but ended up being much more complicated than I had anticipated.
Once again, I really truly apologize, and I am happy to refund you in full if you didn't receive your shirt. Just send me a message on kickstarter with your paypal email if you have one or the preferred method of how you'd like a refund and I'll take care of it as soon as I get your info.
