'HENRYK' is an independent feature film currently in post-production in Seattle and Olympia, WA

'Henryk' is a contemporary neo-noir thriller about the dark mysteries of the occult. Written and directed by Jeff Stillwell, 'Henryk' documents the investigation of police officer Julian Grey as he uncovers an ancient Satanic cult lording over his small hometown of Hoquiam, Washington. 
An homage to the classic 'noir' genre of the 40s/50s, 'Henryk' takes the quintessential character archetypes - (the world-weary, unmotivated anti-hero, the duplicitous femme fatale, the dark, violent underworld, etc.) and slides them over onto the dumpy sea-side landscapes of a small shipping town. When Officer Julian Grey arrives, what begins as an inquiry into the disappearance of a childhood friend becomes a most unholy battle with Satan himself.

To finish the film, the Henryk production team needs to raise $6950.00 in order to master the sound, record additional dialogue, secure distribution/festival fees, add special FX, and record foley/sound FX. We recognize the changes happening in the entertainment industry and see Kickstarter as a terrific platform to raise funds quickly, independently, and without institutional censorship.
