Update #2: Recording et al!
Yesterday we recorded some cello tracks with the exceptional Lynn Vaughn, a cellist of amazing talent. The recording is coming to a close, and we're about to get together for the last round of group vocals and handclaps and sound effects [which, if you've heard our previous albums, is in true TML form!] and then sending out the album for pressing. It's scary and exciting all at once...and this is only the beginning of the cycle of promotion, touring, and generally making sure everyone knows that we're here and we're awesome.
And you know who else is awesome? YOU ARE, because you helped make this happen. We love you guys!
We've got five more days left of funding. What we'd love from you guys:
1) Send us your addresses, and if you chose a prize level with multiple options, let us know which prize you want. If you chose the hat, tell us what color you want and Amanda Lee will get her needles revved up. [Send us a message if you have any questions about prize specifics, or what kinds of hats are available.]
2) Tell your friends. Even if they don't become backers for this project, we'd love for them to hear our music.

Update #1: Cincinnati Donors - Come see us at Popopolis!
Hi pretty people! Hope you're having a fabulous October. Just wanted to let you know that if you're going to be in Cincinnati this weekend, The Minor Leagues are headlining this year's Popopolis on October 9 down at Fountain Square. We'll be dusting off some songs from our archives and welcoming Minor Leagues alums Sofia Kostoff and Jesse Rogers to share the stage with us, and of course playing our sweet new tracks from this album that you're helping us to make. Awesome!
We go on at ten p.m. The bill also includes the Bri Love Band, The Dukes, and No No Knots. Also, if you're free Friday the 8th, you can head down to day 1 of the festival to see Slow Claw, Tonefarmer, the Stapletons, and the Turnbull ACs [who, by the way, have the most awesome band name in history].
Come down! Say hi! We'd love to see your smiling faces in the crowd.
