Johnny Wander is a sweet charm-of-life comic by Yuko Ota and Ananth Panagariya. It's been published on the web since 2009 and you can read all of it for free at johnnywander.com! The comic encompasses life after college, growing up, and all the little things in between. In 2010 we self-published Johnny Wander Vol. 1: Don't Burn the House Down, followed by JW Vol. 2: Escape to New York in 2011.
We put this project together to help fund a print run of JW Vol. 3: Ballad of Laundry Cat, and to reprint JW Vol. 1. All three volumes are available through this Kickstarter, so you can get one, two, or all three of the books right here!

Ananth and Yuko have been working in webcomics since 2003. They began Johnny Wander in 2009. They have laid out and sent two of their own books to the print (JW Vol. 1 & JW Vol. 2). Ananth has also done layout and design for the Benign Kingdom project. He also freelances with a variety of clients doing the same work (bigger publishers, independent and webcomics), ensuring that books are delivered on time to the printer.
Yuko and Ananth have also spent the past 5+ years designing merchandise, corresponding with various printers & manufacturers, and then shipping out the physical products to their readers directly. This includes a variety of items: books, t-shirts, tote bags, keychains, earrings, figurines, prints and more.
