I have been putting things off for way too long. Now I finally have the wheels in motion. I'm about to do WHAT???
That's right! I'm about to record an Ep of my songs. Professionally recorded tracks!..... finally! These are songs that I have written about people, places, and things. and I'm pretty proud of them. So I'm turning them over to a top notch studio (Red Room Recorders in Tampa, Fl) and some SERIOUS, SERIOUS musical talent (it's a secret...shhhh.) to create a disc of songs we can both be proud of.
Now I know a lot of these people on Kickstarter are asking for thousands of dollars, and that would be great to get . But I know you guys are just as broke as I am, so let's be realistic here. I'm willing to foot the majority of the bill, as this is my project and that's only fair. BUT if you are willing to support me in this, or would like to, or just want to do something with your tax return other than buy a car, we'll then, I would be more appreciative than you could ever know. It would mean the world to me. And yes, you can consider this my birthday and Christmas present.
I set the goal at $500. but that doesn't mean that more wouldn't be GREATLY appreciated. It's just a benchmark, an amount that would help me out A LOT. Every dollar will go a long, long way towards supporting the record and getting it out there to the wide wide world.
I tried to come up with some cool stuff to give, but if you want something different, or something I haven't listed, just ask, and I'm sure we can work it out. What's mine is yours...to an extent ;)
I suppose that's it then. Help me share my songs with the world. and I'll be forever in your debt.
