Update #4: FUNDING SUCCESSFUL!
WOOOOOOO!! Successfully funded with 112%--that's $4,465!--all thanks to YOU! I'm so excited. I can't believe how amazing my friends, relos (and a few strangers) are - I honestly thought it was an impossible goal when I kicked off this campaign and now I don't know how I'd have done it without your help. THANK YOU!!!!

Update #3: It's the final count down!!
Only 7 hours to go and as we approach the finishing line I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has pledged so far and shown support for this project. I can't tell you how grateful I am and how much I look forward to sending you gifts, playing in your living rooms and writing you songs!
There *is* still time to pledge though - it ain't over till the fat lady sings, so keep spreading the word until the last minute and let's make this an EP to remember!

Update #2: The finish line approaches!
Hi everyone,
Only 6 days left until pledging wraps up!
If you know anyone who's thinking about pledging, now's their last chance so send them my way and let them know they can get a whole range of goodies in return, including this fabulous little colouring book that my sister and I created. We got our hands on a copy only a week or so ago and we love it so I'm sure you will too (I've attached some piccies).
The official campaign end time is August 30, 11.30pm HST. This means that if you're a backer you'll want to make sure you have the right amount of funds in your Amazon account at the time of withdrawal. Keep in mind that it's US dollars.
I head in to the studio on the 8th of September. Day 1 will involve recording drums and bass with Terepai and Neal. Day 2 I'll be in the studio with Brain recording guitars and vocals, and Day 3 we get the Polish string quartet in!! I must say I'm half terrified and half excited, largely because I know that all of you will be listening to the recording when it's completed and I am determined to make you love it!!

THANK YOU for your support. It's so incredibly exciting to be heading into the studio in September knowing that so many of you will be receiving copies of my EP. It's really inspiring and I know that this EP will be ten times better because of it.
Please continue to spread the word - there can never be enough money thrown towards a recording so the more pledges I get the more I can put towards a larger print run, studio time, mastering etc.
I have to go to Katoomba in 5 minutes but when I get back be prepared for some serious loving.
