It's true - life has not been easy, but what I've learned through my journey is that there is a great need to not allow your past to determine your future. Here's where The Bitter Root: Rewriting My Story comes in. In it, readers are given some insight into my thoughts and attitude towards the cards life has dealt me. It explores how I’ve overcome or currently deal with some residue of my past. This book was written in hopes to help someone somewhere that can relate or connect with my experiences.
