WOW!!!! We just exceeded our goal of $4000 and we still have 27 hours until our deadline!!!

THANK YOU SO MUCH TO EVERYONE FOR YOUR AMAZING LOVE AND SUPPORT FOR THIS PROJECT!!!! We are humbled and inspired by you all.

We are getting busy putting together reward packages for everyone who has donated so far, and we have plenty of goodies to go around! Any money that we make on top of our initial goal will be put right back into the band, helping us make insurance payments and (hopefully minimal!) repairs on the van, pay for gas, etc. So if you would still like to show your support it is not too late! Any donations made before 8pm on Sunday night will go a long way towards getting us out onto the road and keeping us there! And to show our gratitude we are pouring a lot of love into making mix-tapes, t-shirts, tote-bags and posters (in addition to the limited edition live cassette EP) that are only available to Kickstarter donors.

Frankie Rose & The Outs will be releasing our first full-length album on September 7th on Slumberland Records. We cannot wait to take our show on the road, but we need your help to do it! Our goal is to raise $4000 so we can buy and insure a sweet minivan that will take us to your town.

We've spent our first year as a band writing and recording songs in Brooklyn, and playing live around New York. We've had a taste of the road and are dying for more! We are putting together some extra special limitied edition hand made merch to help us achieve this goal and to thank you for your generosity.

We will be self-releasing a cassette EP recorded live at Headgear Studios (Yeah Yeah Yeahs, TV on the Radio) in Brooklyn for their FreqControl web series. The 3 song EP features one song never before recorded and very different live versions of 2 album tracks. The release will feature hand made artwork by the band members. Just for KICKSTARTER donors we will make an awesome mix tape on the B side especially for you!

We also are offering hand printed t-shirts, tote bags, and posters, plus signed copies of the new LP, and Thee Only One 7" also on Slumberland Records.

If you are so kind as to make a donation at a higher level we have multiple levels of rewards including: Haircut by Frankie Rose, Makeover and Personal Shopping trip to Beacon's Closet with Caroline Yes, Scrabble or foursquare with the whole band (or our drummer will beat you at chess), a personal tarot reading, a private yoga lesson, or we will cook you dinner - and do the dishes! For $1000 you get all of the above plus we will come to your house and play you a private acoustic show!! (US only - for international donors, we will be in Europe in 2011!)
