I love this food. I eat it as a teacher over half the week. My son eats is every day as a student. I lucky to be a part of this community.

It is a uphill battle making the case to adults that they truly "are what they eat". But kids can still be reached. I believed in this project when Alice Waters first brought it up and I am quite proud to see Citizen Film, Sophie, Helen and Kate stepping up to the plate.

You can provoke anytime -- the more people see this the better. Good going gals!

Hey Soph! I am on our ES's "healthy foods" initiative where we are addressing issues like these (or trying to, within our narrow constraints). What a great idea. Can't wait to see it. xo K

Some motivations for supporting this project :
      - I deeply respect the commitment of the friend who send me the link to the project,
      - Any project that better up health for the kids, anywhere on earth, is a good project,
      - I do think that helping kids from the north hemisphere to grow up with a greater awareness of what they eat and why, will help them as adults to understand that “what they buy changes the world” and therefore to pay more attention to people from the southern hemisphere.
      I’ll pass on the message.
