Update #23: Blog has gone live
Hi everyone,
We will be eventually phasing this site out. Please visit our new blog:
Update #22: Blog coming soon!
For those who have been wondering on the status of Phantom Shadow, we are still moving forward. I am in the process of putting together our production blog website. We are scheduled to shoot our least piece of principle photography in a few weeks. The B-25 cockpit pieces are assembled. We will also be heading to LA to shoot some background plates for FX sequences. Onward and onward. I have said it before, and I will say it again, "Nothing stops the Phantom Shadow."
I have also commissioned an artist so we can explore merchandising to raise additional funds.

Update #21: Latest Prop Build
As we continue moving forward I went back into the garage to begin building the engine for our hero's car. This will have less than 10 seconds of screen time. But still, the hero needed a cool retro-futuristic rocket/jet engine hybrid under the hood.

Only 10 seconds for something this cool? Outrageous! You better give it more screen time in the sequel. Heck, I'd double my donation to see it in action for more than 10 seconds.

The engine serves a key plot point. It is the reason our hero meets our heroine. :) It will definitely be in a few key scenes. We are going to feature it when our hero starts his car for the first time. We are also gearing up for a dedicated website for our project. More news coming soon.

Update #20: Latest News
We are still hard at work. Regardless of the fundraiser, nothing stops the creative spirit. If you haven't yet, please "like" us on Facebook:

Spent the evening building a new prop for the movie, the engine to Agent 236's car. It is part rocket engine, part steam punk, and 100% bad-ass. It will have less than a minute of screen time, but it should look really cool Can't wait to reveal it. I nearly glued my fingers together last night. Super Glue really does bond to skin!
We are still investigating options for another fundraiser. However, we do have additional news to report:
1) I am very thrilled to say that we have been contacted by one of the creature creators for the new Sinbad movie coming out. For those who don't know about it, it will feature old school stop motion effects similar to Ray Harryhausen.
We are having a test film developed to see if a stop motion robot is viable. We are very excited by this. I have always been a huge fan of old school miniatures as opposed to CG. Let's hope we can pull off some old school wizardry!
2) We are working with a professional visual effects compositor. We took one of oun r most difficult green screen shoots and had him do a test scene. I am happy to report we got a very impressive composite. We burned a Blu-Ray, sneaked into Fry's Electronics and watched on the biggest, baddest tv they had. People started watching our test, thinking they were seeing a real Hollywood movie. LOL
3) As soon as I get some free cycles we are going to launch a proper blog. Sorry for the delay on this. I am stretched pretty thin, but I plan to rectify this shortly. Stay tuned!
