With Signs Following is a documentary film that chronicles one of the last known serpent handling churches, and its decline. It serves as a visual history of the deeply spiritual and humble people that practice this faith, as well as a narrative on the struggle 'fringe' religions have in maintaining their congregation in the technology era.

Mack Wolford, the pastor of a Signs Following Pentecostal church in West Virgina, serves as the window through which we view this rare religious practice. 

We are in the final stages of completing this documentary and we're low on funds! Gallery 5, a Virginia based art gallery, is premiering an installation that we have created to accompany the film, and we are in need of projectors, loop attachments, plexiglass and a few other costly materials. This installation combines video portraiture, sound design and time-based elements to convey the quickly fading nature of this belief, as well as the individuals that have come to represent it.

If we reach our goal, we'll be able to complete and release this documentary by April and create our installation to share with the public! With your help, we can finally begin to share this important part of Appalachian history.
