Joshua,
I run CareerJockey.org and PurelyCatholic.com. I'm also a web developer. You can see my site at www.LarryJacob.com. CareerJockey.org is an offshoot of some work I've done with a faith-based nonprofit in Miami. It's Back on Track Network (see www.backontracknet.org) which started off as a Catholic ministry.
I've been unemployed and CareerJockey in particular is my giving back to those that deal with unemployment.
I see you are a graphic / web designer. What sort of work do you do?
My background is programming so I deal with configuring sites (mainly on top of Wordpress), but won't go into artwork unless it's really basic. Do you have a portfolio I can view with your work?
As for your project, are these going to be simple paper journals? Now that you have your funds, when does the project start. I'd be happy to promote it. What else would you do if you had some more funding?

Thank you Kathy. I know what it is like to be unemployed. The company that I had worked for eight years got bought out and they got rid of 90% of us. I was unemployed for a short time and am now working part time, for minimum wage, at a hotel (which is not in my field and is half of what I was once making). Your prayers for this project are certainly welcome and when I get the web page up and running you can follow where the journals are. And when I get them back, I plan to scan each page and post them to the website to inspire anyone who visits. Thanks again for your prayer support.
Prayer for Employment: Dear Lord, You want all who are weary to come to You for support. Lord, I am worn out by my inability to find wage-earning work. I am able and willing to work, but cannot find a worthwhile job. Please help me to obtain one soon so that I can support myself and my family in a decent way. If it is Your will that I wait longer, enable me to worry less and to take advantage of the time available to get closer to You. Keep me from being discouraged, and inspire me to use my time and talents for the good of myself and others. Amen.
This sounds like an awesome project. Unfortunately I am currently unemployed and so not able to give you any financial backing, but I will keep you and your project in my prayers.
