The first original "Rob Has a Podcast" web series: Reality Gamemasters
"Reality Gamemasters" will feature your favorite reality stars as you've never seen them before... playing the board game "Risk".
The show will like a cross between Celebrity Poker shows and Reality TV, with the players scheming with and against one another while giving us their thoughts via confessional. We are bringing together some of the greatest strategic minds from "Survivor" and "Big Brother" in person to play in this high stakes game. On the line will be the title of the greatest strategic mind in Reality Television and total world domination.
To capture all of the action, the show will be hosted by former Survivor, Rob Cesternino who will give play-by-play of all the action. Additionally we will have sideline reporters covering the moves as they happen on the board.Since Risk is an elimination-based game, the episodes will be structured around the contestants getting knocked out until only one remains. The game of Risk deals with alliances and betrayals. With reality contestants’ naturally big egos, the game is guaranteed to get intense fast. They’re not just playing for the title; they’re playing for their fans.
We will release the cast one at a time later this month. Three contestants will be from Survivor and three will be from Big Brother. We need YOUR help to make this a reality.
We chose Kickstarter as a way to fund this production because we want to make this show available for free to everybody this summer. We are looking to find similarly minded people who believe this sort of nonsense should exist to support us on this mission.
Your contributions will help pay for the following:
- Airplane tickets and hotel for the travelling players
- Location expenses
- The crew to shoot the event
- Post-Production
- Meals on the day of the shoot.
This project is NOT for profit and your contributions will not be used for anything else but the funding of the production. If we exceed our fundraising goal, all of the money will be used towards making this project even better.

This project will be all about RISK
There are several hurdles that we will need to overcome. The first of which is that we are working with Reality TV stars which is always a perilous proposition. However, the braintrust behind "Reality Gamemasters" is taking on that challenge by being extremely organized with our production.
We are bringing in players from around the country, so we are coordinating schedules and making travel accommodations for a number of players. We are hoping to meet our fundraising goal to be able to afford these expenses.

This project is NOT for financial gain in any way. We are collecting money to pay for the shoot and keep the project available to be seen for free this summer. Neither I (Rob) nor any of the producers will be making a profit - we just need to cover our expenses.
