It is rather unfortunate that it is safe to assume most of your fans are also quite broke themselves :\ You need to get a wealthier audience Pat! Maybe make a song or two about how banks are honest and how great the government is.;) Anyway, wish I had more money to pledge right now, I am going to try to hit up the bank friday or saturday after my finals and buy some of those amex gift cards before this thing ends, and hopefully that guy will pledge the 1,000. Gonna spread this link around a bit too. Nonetheless, I will just mail you guys an envelope full of cash if this doesn't work out. Best of luck, your music is getting me through some awful, sleepless nights this week while I battle some nasty engineering finals.

until we reach our goal, you are pledging money, not actually paying it. If we reach our goal, you pay us the money. If we do no reach our goal, no transaction happens. Check out the above link for info from kickstarter about how it works.
Sorry to pester but can you quickly explain how the whole system works? i was under the impression that if the goal of 5000 was not made, kickstarted kept the money, which confused me, and made me mad.
Finley, thanks so much! That is very nice of you and your parents! If we don't reach the goal, you just keep the money, it doesn't get taken by kickstarter or anything. Glad you like our music. If you are capable of giving us the $ and that's what you wanna do, I'd say go for it and I bet the rest will come together somehow. Thanks for listening to our music and supporting our project!
I asked my parents if for christmas i could donate a thousand dollars to this as my gift, but you need 1,600 more dollars. They are already hesitant to agree so asking to donate more is a stretch, and the last thing i want is to give a 1,000 dollars to the kickstarter company. Is there anyway 603 dollars could be pulled together so i could finish off the rest? I don't really need anything for christmas, and my favorite thing in the world is great music, and you guys make the best i know of, so it's no problem for me to give what i don't need to you all who do.

However I can live with digital versions of the music and only pay shipping once on the shirt. I LOVE your guy's stuff and keep up the amazing work. Best of luck and SAFE TRAVELS on your tour. Maybe one day we'll get to see you north of the border. You're more than welcome to crash in my igloo if you do.

If you go to ramshackleglory.com there is a link to order and everything is there, we don't really charge much for shipping. Also you can send us a letter with well concealed cash to po box 1521 tucson az 85705 if that is a better way to order.
