Thank you all for the overwhelming support, really 1000x thank you! Dave and I are both ecstatic over our project's success on kickstarter and the internet over the past few days. Here are just a few of the things that happened recently:

We are taking advantage of our success, and getting a jump start on the manufacturing process so we can get you Joulies as fast as we possibly can. As I write this update, tooling is being created in upstate New York, in preparation for our first production prototypes which will be made there about 1-2 weeks from now. As of today, the pilot runs that will fulfill our first orders are still slated for a facility in Mexico, but we are already making plans for domestic production soon thereafter. Our target for delivering Joulies is around the end of June. We will be posting frequent updates with our progress and any changes that happen between now and then, so stay tuned!

To our customers in Canada, the UK, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Guatamala, Mexico, Russia, and beyond, and to those of you who have already inquired about wholesale opportunities in your respective homelands, please bear with us as we get organized and prepare to respond to the overwhelming demand for international distribution beyond kickstarter. Remember that the fastest way to receive a set, or a box set, is still through our kickstarter page until our project is completed.

Hey Kickstarters!! As of 6:39 am PST, after less than three full days on Kickstarter, we have reached our funding goal (amazingly by a pledge from someone else named Dave), and the pledges just keep on coming! We just broke $13,000 and are closing in on 200 backers as we speak, and Dave and I are very excited about getting started producing these beans a month ahead of schedule. We notified the manufacturer this morning and they are going to get to work cutting the dies right away.

This is where things get interesting. We are thrilled with the success of Coffee Joulies so far, but we are even more excited about the project's potential. There are a lot of big names up on the Kickstarter Hall of Fame, most notably three linked to a very popular computer manufacturer, that we would really like to see fall to the most popular caffeinated beverage in the world. Please continue to spread the word about Coffee Joulies, feel free to ask us any questions you might have, and we'll keep you updated as we get started making the tooling that's going to create your Joulies.

Hey Kickstarters!! I wish I could personally thank every one of you for your amazing support over the last two and a half days. Coffee Joulies has officially gone viral, and is popping up all over the internet. We just passed our 50th backer, and are now over one third of the way to reaching our goal after just two and a half days on Kickstarter.

Even more amazing is that we've done this while Kickstarter has been incredibly slow or just plain down for all of today. Apparently they broke the servers while attempting to add capacity during routine maintenance late last night and have been struggling to fix the problem. The good news is that it looks like they've finally got it repaired.
