Connected as Harvey Stein (1322 friends)
HARVEY STEIN (director/co-producer)
Stein emigrated to Israel from New York in 2006 (“for romance”). Previously, his short films (both doc and fiction) appeared in film festivals internationally. Most of his films focus on social/political issues, and the characters immersed in them. His feature doc, “RxCannabis – a Freedom Tale,” follows several gravely ill medical marijuana patients/activists; it is in post-production. He has made over 150 short news videos for Time magazine, ABC News Nightline, CurrentTV, VJMovement, and others. Stein hopes "A Third Way" can paint some kind of "win-win" solution for the holy mess that is Israel/Palestine.
BRAD ROTHSCHILD (co-producer)
Brad Rothschild is an independent filmmaker living in New York City. He wrote and produced the feature film, Homeland, a love story between an Israeli and a Palestinian in Brooklyn. He is currently producing a documentary on the efforts to save children within the Buchenwald concentration camp during the Holocaust and directing a documentary about the plight of African migrants in Israel. Brad hopes that "A Third Way" can in some small way help contribute to peaceful change in the Middle East.
