Zaria Forman is an internationally exhibited artist. Her work is in private and museum collections. She is currently represented by DFN Gallery in NYC, the David Floria Gallery in Aspen, CO and the Winston Wachter Gallery in Seattle, WA. She traveled widely with her mother who inspired her passion for artistic creation. Her work explores moments of transition, turbulence, and tranquility in the landscape expressed in the vastness of the ever changing sea and sky.

I don't know how to convey to you how sorry Lynn and I are to hear about your mother. Your mom was a very important part of my life for a long time and where your parents and us have lost contact over the years, we've never stopped thinking about you all. Lynn and I have followed your mom's career and were very excited when we started to see your work come along. The video you made was very touching. It was moving to see Rena doing what she clearly loved. I'm sure she would be very proud of what you are doing. Our love goes out to you, Leila and your Dad.

Hi Zaria. My husband and I went to high school with your mother, but never did get to see her again after those days at Franklin. We were so saddened today having heard of her passing. It was wonderful seeing her on the video again doing what she loved most. Her work is inspirational, as is yours. We're happy to contribute to your wonderful project. Best of luck with it.

I have admired your mother's photographs and your artwork from afar for many years. (Your father has been taking care of my daughter Iris's eyes since she was about 4—so, for 13+ years. I am so sorry to hear about your mother's illness and her passing. You, your father, and your whole family are in our thoughts. I hope Chasing the Light is a "go"!
