IMR Films was founded in 2001 by Timothy W. Lawrence while he was still in college.
Since that time, the company has done a number of small projects and started getting into larger ones, including documentaries, magazine spreads and on line animations and commercials.
IMR Films is based in Vermont and while it is a small scale company, it still offers exceptional service and quality.
The name IMR comes from the initials for the Latin term "In Medias Res", which translated to English means "In the very midst of things". The reason behind it is because of Lawrence's faith as a Christian and the belief that while we are here on this earth living our lives, The Lord is always "In the very midst of things" and of our beings, leading and guiding, provided we see and accept. As for the future of IMR Films...We'll just have to wait and see!
