Speed Club: A chopper pilgrimage.
Before there were helmet laws, or Facebook, or Harley dealerships in every town, there were friends traveling across the American landscape on motorcycles.
2 Friends - 2 Motorcycles - 2 Thousand Miles across the US. This is the true life documentary of two friends adventure
from Minneapolis Minnesota to Silverado California. Starting in the Midwest, the duo will travel south through the heartland of the US to
attend the epic Born Free Show. Chasing the answer to the question; Does the spirit of America still exist? The crew will capture the entire journey in HD which will then be compiled
into a feature length documentary. This documentary will highlight the people, places and adventures shared along the way.

What spawned this idea?
Brian: "My pappy was one of those men who traveled the US on a motorcycle some 80 years ago. His spirit of adventure inspires me to live life to the fullest."
Reinhart: "Born and raised in Germany, I have always dreamed of traveling across the American landscape. This is my opportunity."

What's the Born Free Show?
The Born Free Show is in its 3rd year of existence. It is a huge, super-rad, chopper party that takes place in CA. What makes this show different form the rest is that it's a chopper party "for the people - by the people" kind of thing. Check them out at BornFreeShow.com

Pre-production began in January. Crew, Vehicles, Distribution and Equipment have been gathered. Filming schedule begins June 20th and will conclude on June 30th. The route, destination, lodging and motorcycles have been mapped, determined, booked and/or built. With 2 months left until the Born Free Show, gearing up for the trek has taken a toll on our budget. The spike in fuel costs, camera accessories, post-production expenses and DVD duplication fees have forced us to reach out in search of assistance with funding.

Our goal is $5000 dollars.
The $5k funding will be applied in full to vehicle fuel, necessary HD camera equipment
travel accessories, initial production of
1000 DVD's, Post-production editing, Legal/Copyright necessities, and Promotional
Materials. We're asking for donations to help make this adventure a reality. We
known times are tough. Some of you may even be preparing to make the journey yourselves. Be assured your donations will not go unrewarded. Donation are defined on the right. Everyone gets something.
