Providing Proper Pickles Promptly!
Pickle peoples provide proper pickles.
Pickle Peoples are raising money to streamline our production facility the pickleLab. With our kickstarted funds we will purchase larger fermentation vessels, professional packaging materials, a snazzy new ph meter to monitor acid levels, and additional P.I.D controlled refrigeration.
picklePeoples is a small startup from Jeremiah Bullfrog. Our goal is to provide our patrons with perfectly prepared pickle products.
Most of our flavor combinations are unique. We strive to use what is abundant in the local market and of the moment.
Signature pickles include:
Korean Half Sours (spears/sliced/whole)
Red Curry Cauliflower with keffir lime and bird chili
Smoky Chorizo and Green Beans
Lil Kim's Chee (bok choy chi)
Olive Oil button 'shrooms (salad starter)
Srirracha Spiced Spicy Okra Spears

Our pickles make great gifts. Our pickles make great snacks right from the jar. Our pickles make meals easier and an awesome addition to your mid-week repertoire.

Risk and Challenges
Our biggest challenge will be consistently producing our pickles. Fermentation is not exacting. Each batch is be different. We must take detailed notes of every step, taste at each stage of the process, and adjust as necessary.
Our greatest risk comes from potential spoilage. Fermenting in our warmer climate requires refrigerated storage often for long spans at a time. The risk for failure becomes greater as our production increases.
A likely obstacle we may encounter is purchasing produce that is uniform in size, shape, and ripeness. The plan here is to make smaller batches of pickles.
picklePeoples plan on providing product to a wider market. First we will increase our local presence in the South Florida market. Next we will continue to roll out our online sales and shipping. Finally, we hope to grow into like minded markets.
As we grow our goal is to keep our family run mentality, handmade artisan products, yet industrialize our packaging procedures.
