Love it. Contributed to it. But stop giving away tons of lasts-100,000 years plastic junk like stickers, koozies & beachballs that will wind up in the River. Sustainability ought to be a value of this project. Plastic junk isn't part of that.

I have one question about the filtration process. Wouldnt it also keep the dirty water in the pool? Pool water, not constantly filtered gets pretty gross with people's hair, and skin and saliva, etc. If this has no way to escape out wouldnt it get gross in the pool very quickly?

wow this is such a great idea. I love swimming in rivers but dont do it often because of how dirty they can be. This is such a cool thing because not only can people workout in the pool but you can have people just relaxing and enjoying the weather. It would be great to see these all around the world.

I think thin this is a f-ing awesome idea! I swim all summer and winter long in New York and I think this would be the best pool in the five boroughs by far.

Quick questions though, would the water be brackish or salty? I actually like swimming in salt water, so no problem from me. Just curious about the filtration system (desal is hard and expensive).

you should drop one at the top of a river, let it float down, pick it up at the ocean, and bring it back. it would be the greatest waste of time ever.
