Stavit Allweis is an Israeli born visual artist with a taste for narrative, sequential art.
Graduated from Graphic design department in Bezalel Israel in 1986 and from Columbia University New York MFA program in 1997. Now that her children are displaying a propensity to stay alive and well whether or not she dotes on them 24/7, she has finally found her moment to take a much anticipated plunge into cinematic storytelling. In moving from the still, drawn image into film, she chose to linger for awhile on the less densely occupied medium of the photographed novella.
