Good afternoon Femmes, Friends, Allies, and all!!

We just wrapped an epic crafting session where we really pushed the boundaries of ribbon, glitter, and conical foam. It was so fun imagining your smiling faces when you open these shiny packages! We are so grateful for your support...enjoy your rewards! If you haven't sent your address in yet, please do so as soon as possible. Your sack of joy is at Femme Headquarters waiting for you!

Tour was a major success. We played for about 500 screaming fans all over the East Coast. Most powerful of all was the feeling that this show was needed, and filled a void. We were deeply moved by the opportunity to perform in new places and keep dialogue about gender, sexuality, and queerness going and going and going.

Now that we're home from the road, we are busting booty to get ready for our annual show in Portland on September 25 and our big huge Boston show on October 7 and 8. For more details about our upcoming performances, please visit www.thefemmeshow.com.

We are having a SUPER successful tour so far...thanks to YOUR support! We've had bigger houses than we expected in nearly every city! We've had cute and generous hosts at our home-stays! We've had exceptional fun playing car games and eating snacks! Truly, this tour is becoming the stuff of legends.

Most importantly, we are sharing work that's powerful, potent, and needed. Thank you for empowering us to share our voices.

In addition to hot gluing your goods, Femmes and friends are firing on all cylinders to get ready for tour popping off in a mere 17 days. 17!

So we want to pose one more challenge to our supporters. And by pose, I mean:

And by challenge I mean: we were so successful so quickly we want to see if we can raise a bit more money. So far, your contributions will fund van rental, travel costs, and venue rental on our August tour when we bring the Femme Show to NEW CITIES on our LONGEST TOUR EVER

They will also help fund the rent for our all-new show in Cambridge, October 7 and 8. Renting a venue in Boston is one of our biggest expenses of the entire year. Femme supporters can help us demolish this expense and get some more fancy opportunities in return! Please consider sharing our Kickstarter with your friends so that we can increase our goal and fund the fall show!
