I wanted to update everyone with the progress of the film and thank everyone for being patient. The principal animation is done and there is only the music left to do. Those I am consulting with at Legacies of War are really feeling positive about how the shots turned out and I'm even more excited to get the film finished soon.

Just a few days to go and well over 50 backers and more than %50 over the goal. Again, a big thank you to everyone as I am sincerely encouraged from all the support.

I am about half way done with principal animation and in general feel quite good with the pace and the progress. I will update again when more significant steps are reached. I really look forward to getting all of this done and seeing what comes of it.

Just a few days in and we've already reached the goal! I was hoping for a positive response to this project but I clearly underestimated, I was not expecting this much of a response. I just want to say it is truly humbling to be a part of this. 

It really is quite moving to see so many people from the US, Laos and places in between respond with their stories, hopes and support. Remembering back to when I first got this idea in my head, hoping it could somehow do something good for a situation that was so difficult and I think now that this really is much bigger than just making a little film. 

I am more encouraged than ever and I hope and pray that I do this story the justice it deserves. Thank you to everyone who has helped, supported and encouraged me and this project. I am looking forward to getting it done and seeing the good that can come from it.
