After years of being told by family, friends and even my bosses "why don't you open your own restaurant?", I finally decided, "yeah, why don't I"?! So I decided after looking into all that it takes to run a restaurant, that a mobile food truck would be the way to go. I get to cook for a diverse group of people, pick locations and move around so more people can have access to the Mobile Feast of mine.

Food will consist of the comforting type, think pot roast, lasagna, meatloaf and mac and cheese. Gourmet Twists, such as stuffed chicken, chicken cakes and more. Dessert such as fried cheesecake bites, cake pops, and other decadent delights.

Catering events will also be a service provided. I will drive to your home with my truck and set up a complete feast in your home or yard and provide you with excellent food and service that will have your guests talking for months.
