Hey y'all!

Great news, our album is officially finished!  We just got back the masters today and they sound fantastic!!!  For those of you who gave more than $10, you will be receiving a code to download the album in the next couple days, so check your mail!  We're just waiting on the artwork, which should be done soon.

If you don't know the album name, it's called I'm in Heaven, Major Sevens, and the officially release date will be May 15th.  For those of you in the Lafayette area, our album release show is going to be at the Bayou with our friends Faux Paw.  More information here:  https://www.facebook.com/events/344377615618458/

This'll probably be the last update, so again, We want to thank everybody so much for helping us out.  Everyone should know that this album wouldn't have happened had it not be for all of you.  And we hope you guys love the music!!!

Hey!!!!!!!!!!

So great news!  Recording for the High School Girls album is finished!  The mixing is going on this week, and mastering will follow soon after.  The album will be in your hands sooner than we thought!

This would be a good time to announce the name of our debut, I'm In Heaven, Major Sevens.  And the album art is nearly finished, we can't wait for y'all to see it!

Also, if your reward is being mailed to you, it should be in your mailbox sometime in the next week!

Hey y'all!!

So today was our first day in the studio and it went super well!  We got all the drums done in about four hours and they sound so so so so rad (thanks to 14 microphones)!!!!  We'll be giving ya updates on the progress of the album.

Also, if you're getting a reward, I'm trying to get them done as soon as I can.  So you should see them in the mail soon enough!

And big news!  We added a new member to High School Girls, and it's Eric Komenda!  He's gonna be playing bass and singing for us in the future!  Yayayayayayayayay!  Our first show with him is at the Lafayette Theater on Friday March 2nd with Rodeo Ruby Love.  Here's the FB event, and it should be a mega cool show!

So our Kickstarter's almost finished!  We've got less than a day left, and we're already extremely thankful for all of you helping us out with this.

Hey everyone!!!

We're super stoked cause we hit our $700 goal this morning!!!  We can't thank the people who have backed us enough.

But we wanna go even further!  If we can raise more money, we could possibly record more songs for the album or maybe put the album out on CD!  Which would be so so so awesome!!!

So any help in promoting this is greatly appreciated!
