got an email this week from a supporter who was still waiting on kickstarter goodies. that was a surprise.  we finished fulfilling our orders for our pledgers well over six months ago and have considered this all behind for about as long. if you're owed anything from us, please don't be shy.  let us know, because in our minds, this thing is good and wrapped up.

WE'VE GOT THE BOOKS!

i'm sending final art to our screen printers tonight (for the shirts and hoodies) but they told me they're backed up by a couple of weeks. bummer.

jad and i are doing stumptown comics fest this weekend, but by next friday (4/21), we'll have mailed out books to everyone who isn't also waiting on a shirt or a hoodie.  

CANNOT TELL YOU how pumped i am to see these books.  they came out beautifully and i'm very, very satisfied.  an awesome feeling.  one last hearty, sincere thanks to ALL OF YOU for pitching in the way you did.  it really mattered and it really got this book printed.  you're awesome.  it woulda set us back a ton (and that's money AND TIME) to print the book without you.  big hugs.

one last warning:  unless you specifically request otherwise, you and your email address are being added to the new radio's mailing list.  this means you'll stay in the loop about anything regarding POISON THE CURE and our future projects.  you know you love us.

hey, you guys.  just a quick update to let you know that the book is on schedule.  it's now at the printer and we'll have copies ready by mid-april (knock on wood). 

i'm gonna go ahead with the shirts and hoodies within a week or so, so if you haven't clarified your garment size with me yet, please do. and even though i'm having the garments made now, i'll still be waiting until we have all the books in hand to ship the garments at the same time.  this is because so many people who ordered a garment also wanted books and it's simpler for me only to do one round of shipping.  those of you who only ordered a garment, i appreciate your patience!

if you did not choose a garment as your OFFICIAL incentive (the one kickstarer made you pick) but you specifically paid extra so you could get one, you will not get these surveys, so please email me and specify which garment you're expecting (shirt or hoodie) and what size you require. ladies, please indicate if you prefer a lady's cut or a men's cut for your garment.

we're about six to eight weeks from having copies of POISON 3 (CAN'T BELIEVE IT) in hand, and we'll hold off on making the garments until we have books on the way. that way we can ship everything together.

first, a huge thank you to everyone who helped jad and me succeed with our first kickstarter. you guys are wonderful and we owe everything to you. i'll keep everyone updated further as things develop, but the plan is that within a few weeks, once all the kickstarter money is in hand, we'll pass POISON 3 to the printer and get the ball rolling on printing. we're debuting the book at stumptown comics fest in mid-april, so for those of you awaiting books, that's the drop-dead last minute you'll have books in hand. it's unlikely you'll have to wait that long. stay tuned and i'll update everyone.

second, i DID NOT KNOW That amazon was gonna collect kickstarter payments today! i really thought it wouldn't happen for a week or two! to anyone for anyone for whom this has caused a problem, i'm REALLY SORRY. i was giving you the best info i had!
