About this project
We’re The Glowflies.
We’re an experimental rock band looking to make our second album!! We strongly believe that this new album is the culmination of the five years we have spent making music together. We have been in communication with Big Blue Meenie Studios in Jersey City, NJ and they are interested in working with us but…we need $8,000.
We have been focusing on playing as many gigs as possible, making the money as many ways as we know how. But of course, we still need more. We are asking you, our fans, to support our project and help us raise $4,000. This money is ONLY for the recording and mixing. Which means we will need MORE money to actually produce the physical album.
As you know in the year 3416, we will be invaded by The Piggy Army. As the generals of The Glowfly Army, we are preparing and recruiting as fast as possible for the upcoming war.

Journal entry four in “The Great Book” proclaims that The Glowflies arch nemesis, The Piggy Army, has spent millennia admiring planet Earth from afar and seek to destroy us.
On November 28, 3416, the first wave of Piggy infantry attacks the Earth. Earth is in great danger of being overwhelmed. Just when all hope is lost, out of the ashes of the apocalypse, arise the greatest warriors the universe has ever known, The Glowflies. Equipped with special abilities and epic music we fight for humanity and the extermination of the evil Piggy.
