About this project

Locomotive is a feature length film about how life can be a pretty good mess. The character we follow, Dicey, is a former straight-edge musician who found a little success with the band he was in. So he decides to break up the band and try his hand at a solo career as what he calls a progressive "musical crusader." Except he's failing at it. But the band moved on without him, and he can't go back. So he turns instead to a former love interest, a groupie of his former band, for some chance at stability.

Other characters include Amy, Dicey's former love interest, a former artist herself, who is too strong to admit that she could be wounded by someone like Dicey; Erin, a recent divorcee who takes interest in Dicey's sordid side during her period of personal reinvention; and Jack, Amy's stepson, who sees something of Dicey in himself, whether that's for good or ill.

To tell the story of these characters in the most honest way possible, Locomotive requires collaboration from not only our talented cast and crew, but also from you. Any support that you can give is immensely helpful, and will be used to make our film a reality.

If you have any questions, or simply want to know more about the project, please contact us. We're easy to get a hold of. Thank you again for checking out our page, and for supporting Locomotive.
