The Hell On Wheel Unicycle Gang:

The Hell on Wheel Unicycle Gang wants to take their trials course on the road. Mounted on a trailer, the mobile course will roll into place at community and cycle events—including the NYC Unicycle Festival—to become an immediate spectacle of extraordinary one wheeled talent.

After the first NYC Unicycle Festival (http://nycunifest.com/index.php) last year, we made it our goal to bring trials riding to people who may not have regular access to it. This includes bringing the course to events such as future NYC Unicycle Festivals, fairs, festivals and community events. And so we are seeking support to raise the money necessary to put a trails course on a trailer and take it to the public

Funding for our club is very limited:

We meet once a week, and in order to keep the club open to everyone, we only ask those who are over 18 to contribute $2 per week. This mainly goes to paying for heating costs for the building we ride in during the winter months.  Most of the club needs are provided by donations of individual members.

We need your help getting the word out:

Chatham is a very small town (to put it into perspective: we have one traffic light). Although the club is regularly seen at local events across the county, it's not easy getting the word out about our ideas and projects. Being based in a very small town, our club has limited recognition outside of the immediate area, as well as limited funding, and we hope that Kickstarter will help get our project rolling.

Believe it or not:

Unicycling is growing in popularity. More and more people across the nation are switching to one-wheeled contraptions and you'd be surprised what can be done with only a single wheel. From trials riding, freestyle, mountain unicycling, hockey, basketball and football, the limitations of what can be done on a unicycle are endless.
