Vincent I gave them 1,000% of my support so when these 2 clueless owners decide to start attacking the fans they better expect retaliation. Too bad this didn't make the goal. It is actually a very tricky thing to make a successful kickstarter campaign. In this case I think it might partly be because there are so many other music events in Chicagoland that it is tough to get people to commit to it. The highly successful campaigns here on Kickstarter have all been things that have had pent up demand for years, or in some cases decades. Music in Chicago is just not that hard to come by.
So I would like to say thanks for the efforts and don't give up completely. You just need to keep looking for the right combination of circumstances.

Well this seems to be the final nail in the coffin for Q101 but if any of you still listen to radio, 87.7 is supposedly flipping formats to alternative rock on Monday. They're calling it Q87.7 and are even trying to change the call letters to WKQX just like Q101 was.
