My name is tomas overbai.  Thank you for this opportunity to share my artwork with you.

RUIN is an 80 page full color 8.5 X 8.5 softcover perfect bound artbook.  

RUIN is a tactile physical record of over 50 illustrations from a variety of traditional and digital media.

RUIN is a relic found in an ancient vault deep beneath the Island of Kal3fornia in the year of the slug 1062 and used as the human template for a generation of Transhuman Commandos fighting the evil Slacky-DAKS throughout the galaxy.  

HA!  Well, maybe not that last one.

RUIN is my kickstarter project to fund the reproduction of my art in as many forms as possible.  And you can make that happen with your pledge.

I am currently working on the layout and design of the book.  Here are a few examples of pages I am currently working on.

The project funding will be used to manufacture all the "RUIN" items.  I will attempt to insure the maximum quality in every object.  The more pledges I get the higher quality I can afford for production of all the items:

The $400.00 seven samurai reward tier includes:

  • 4 feet by 2 feet sepia toned seven samurai print

  • and all previous versions at $75.00 (prints) and less
  • choice of white "RUIN" or black "RUIND" t-shirt at $30.00 level

The $2000.00 seven samurai reward tier includes this and 

  • the full sized 4 feet by 2 feet original black and white acrylic painting

$500.00 "hurray for me, F#&K you" reward includes:

  • 10 by 24 full color acrylic painting on canvas
  • and all rewards at $100 "RUIND" and less
  • This threw the timing off of the video so I did not include it

I can ship anywhere on the globe but for any shipping outside the United States I will need to increase the cost of all items to cover getting them into your hands.  We can figure it out together the best way to ship it out of the US.
